Arrived exactly when it was stated and was the battery posted in the pictures. I had ppl tell me it would not be a itel battery, that it would be a generic one that fit my phone but it wasn't and I was happy to . Very satisfied with the product. use a one no drop no runs no problem amazing seller

I am please with my new replacement battery. My original battery would not hold it charge for more than 3 hours. Could not find a store that sold the battery and when i finally found one the cost was $20.00. I found the same battery on amazon for $10.00 - great place to shop.

I have a itel prevail LTE and this battery was compatible with my phone. I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone, but I thought eh this battery is super affordable let's try it out first and if it doesn't work then I'll get a new phone. So this battery ultimately saved me a good amount of money.

This battery is as good as the original. I use my phone so much for work that half way through the day it dies, this batter is quick to charge and long lasting. It is not a miracle worker, it will wear down with time like any other but it's a great value for the money.
